MARKUS JAMES
IN-HOUSE DESIGN CONSULTANT

Markus has 10 years of experience designing houses, retail, commercial and industrial buildings. He has also designed electrical, fire alarm, lighting, mechanical and renewable energy systems.

Did you know? Markus worked with a team of professionals to design and construct the first 4-story hotel made of shipping containers in North America, as well the first commercial/industrial building in Canada to meet the Passive House Standard.

Markus can help bring your vision to life by completing conceptual designs and permit drawings for additions, renovations, secondary suites, subdivision and custom homes. He works closely with architects, engineers (structural & MEP), surveyors and designers to complete:
